Shake Shack never disappoint you!!! Fast service, fresh good food and melting in the mouth hamburger!!!

Great burger...so fresh and med well as a standard..my daughter, 13 years old, said the hot dogs were awesome. We dined on s Sunday afternoon and although full we got seats without a wait. A pleasant Sunday lunch with my daughter. The casual dining was thoughtful with food preparation being healthy. Love the health drinks offer instead of only soda from the fountain. Fast food presented as healthy as it can.

Love Shake Shack! This location has parking and has been very clean every time I’ve visited. Shakes are thick and don’t melt immediately. The chicken nuggets are probably the best I’ve ever had. The Shake Meister burger is my favorite burger, I wish they’d put it on the menu permanently! The only time we had an item missing from an order, we had already driven home, so I emailed Shake Shack customer service. They were friendly and apologetic, and they compensated us with a $15 credit, which totally made up for both the money spent and the frustration of missing the item!

Gourmet burger with fresh ingredient and fast service. Very busy during peak hours but parking is not a problem as long as you're willing to walk a bit. Indoor and outdoor seating area are both clean, though no shade or covering for the outdoor area. High chairs are available and ramp is smooth. Diaper changing table available in the restroom. I am so glad that I don't need to go to Manhatten just to eat their burger.

I go here and almost every time I visit the Roosevelt Field Mall. This location is usually packed and parking can be hard to find, depending on how busy the shopping center is that day. The line moves fast, the staff is friendly, and food tastes great. It used to be hard to find seating here on the weekends but they tented their outdoor seating and added heating lamps. It made room for around 10 more tables.

Good burgers, fries and shakes, friendly staff. Decided to eat out on their patio rathet than in car. Well cleaned & socially distanced seating.

The workers looked so stressed for no reason and we were nice and respectful. They forgot my burger and the straws to our milkshakes.

The staff worked quickly to get orders out in a timely manner. The food was hot and the shakes were delicious. Although the condiments counter needed some tending to, I could tell that someone had cleaned it. Not too bad for a fast food chain. I'd go back to this one, especially for the milkshake. Good job Shake Shack!

First time here and I LOVED IT!! Had a shack burger and a salted caramel shake and I was not disappointed. The people are very nice here, gives you that restaurant feel, as opposed to another fast food place. Don't know what is in that shack sauce, but it is pretty great. If you haven't tried it, try it now.

The food was wonderful as always and the workers were very nice.

No Long Waits And The Food Is Really Good!Sierra Was Extremely Nice!

One of the few places that haven't put customer service on the back burner during the Covid19 situation. Everybody was masked and gloved, as they should be (including myself), but they were also very courteous and upbeat. It made my visit feel normal, unlike some places that feel like I'm entering a radioactive hot zone. I chalk it up to the young men and women on the staff, youth adapts and understands what the new normal is. Great job.

Been here a few times until I realized how ripped off I've been getting. You can go to places like rare 650, get a better quality burger and fries for close to the same price as here. I don't know what we are paying for honestly. The burgers are ok. But they are nothing special. Better than smashburger. But at the end of the day, it's just a burger. $10+ for a. Double smoke shack (a bacon cheeseburger) add on $3+ for fries and you have a $13+ meal. I go-to rare 650, get a nice size single burger (just as filling as the double at shake shack) and it comes with fries. Currently priced at $18 with the same apple wood smoked bacon for a better quality burger and they are currently offering 10% off on all curbside pick up orders making it. $16.20. So, for the extra $2, get yourself a better quality meal over this. Just my opinion.

We ordered 2 doubles and cheese fries. Everything was great and delicious but my wife’s burger came out raw and we didn’t want to drive back to have them remake it. Great location with outdoor seating available.

Every restaurant is struggling to serve the community during reopening stages 1 & 3.This location needs to get their act together.Hard to figure who is in charge and actually knows what to tell customers. Being told "They are probably working on it" leads to long wait times plus causes backup and confusion with customers trying to figure out what to do while attempting to maintain social distancing.

Color me unimpressed.I had a burger, fries and a shake that came out to around $17. As far as I’m concerned, the food is overpriced and underwhelming. This was my first time going to a Shake Shack and I completely fail to see what the hype is about. I’d feel more comfortable spending the same money on a Triple Whopper meal at Burger King. The Popeyes Chicken Sandwich meal cost less and is more significant.I was expecting there to be a wide choice of shakes to choose from. I had my mind set on a mango shake before I got there. The menu is smaller than I expected and I ended up with Strawberry.The restaurant is nice with an attractive industrial theme and park- bench design.I see no reason to go back.Prices are too high. If my meal was jut $10 then I’d be a little more forgiving.3/5= average

One of the best hamburgers you can get. The portion is also not too much which is great. The shakes are great. The only negative is that you'll have to hunt for seating during peak hours. Service is great and the food ones pretty quickly.

As a Queens resident, our family makes 2-3 trips to Carle Place each year to shop for clothing. The kids always want to stop right here at Shake Shack for lunch when we do. It's a clean and pleasant place to eat inside, and well maintained outside with plenty of parking. The food is as good as you'd expect for any Shake Shack. My only complaint is that the service is quite slow. It took them at least 10 minutes to prepare a hot dog! If you're not in a rush, though, it's worth a visit.

What more needs to be said about shake shack? Great food, but the line and wait sometimes get long. Since its shake shack, you already know the service is top notch.

The Shake Shack was the expected fresh food and tasty thick shake I went there for. The staff was nice and attentive, like a dine-in make reservations kind of restaurant. I was most impressed by the straw that came with my shake. I'd heard horror stories about these new straws and people calling for restaurants and fast food eateries to return to the sea turtle killing plastic straws. If you need a good biodegradable straw, kick up your heels and head to the Shake Shack - good food included.

The burgers were a bit mushy and the food is too expensive for the flavor but overall not bad.

I'm so disappointed at Shake shacks in Garden city NY. I purchased 1 double cheese burger and 2 single Cheese burger, plus 3 fries 2 cheese 1 regular. My order clearly stated 6 items on the app. I paid for 1 cheese separately from the app, which I had to go back to my car to get the money to pay for. When I got home 1 fries was missing, and there's no way of contacting a manager or anyone, the message system says to leave a message for manager to contact back, no recording machine is accessible. Special since there's a storm outside, I was looking forward to enjoying my food.

Love shake shack!!! Best burger hands down. Always juicy and filled with flavor. Also their chicken sandwich is very tasty. Would also recommend their shakes. Haven’t tried their hot dogs but I’m sure they would be excellent also! Shack stack is my go-to burger. Can’t go wrong!!! 😍

amazing staff. super kind and took their time with each customer to make their experience a pleasant one. it was super busy when i went but the staff worked hard and quickly to get everyone their orders. my order was all correct. it was a regular shakeshack meal, so nothing extraordinary but the service was top notch and definitely stood out compared to most other food places, especially during the pandemic. good job to the staff :) keep it up

I had a great experience at this establishment. All of the workers were so kind and efficient and the place is so sparkly clean. I loved my shroom burger, fries and coffee shake; the soft lighting and music really allowed for an relaxing dining experience. I truly appreciate that add-ons (pickles& onions) are at no additional cost and the water easily accessible. Would totally recommend!!!

Stay away during covid-19. There is no social distancing and everyone crams by the door when you pick up your food. Very high risk! Very disappointed.

Double cheeseburger was hot and very enjoyable. Unfortunately the fries were cold and not worth the price. I will mention that it was a take out order, service was quick from ordering to pick up and my travel was only 3 minutes away before consuming my meal.

My favorite burger store, I stop here quite often, the service is fast and correct. The kitchen area looks clean and well maintained, the food prepps wear the right gear too. The eating area is clean as well. A few things they need to improve: they don’t allow you to pay through the phone, which is a shame since most people nowadays want to pay through their phone. The restrooms are dirty and not taken care of.

Really like Shake Shack in general - this one is no exception. The food is very tasty and served promptly. The staff is pleasant and worked very hard to get the orders out. The burgers in particular are my favorite and it doesn't disappoint. Parking is ample. All good here. Highly recommended

I wanted to see what the hype was about so I bought a double shake burger and some fries. The fries were pretty bad, tasted like rocks. The burger was meh, it was very small and had zero flavor but the patties were pretty juicy. If someone asked me if I were to ever come back to shake shack, I’d say hell no. Five guys is way better!

Treat yourself to a delicious fast meal served piping hot. The chicken & burgers are incredibly juicy and the fries are crispy - best topped with cheese. Enjoy the new patio in the winter as well as sunny spring days.

Very friendly and clean. Manager makes rounds to check satisfaction. Wait time is nowhere near what it used to be. And their beer is brewed especially for their fantastic burgers!

Yummy but I wish they had more selections in their menu. For example, they have crispy chicken, but not grilled chicken. They should work have healthier options, such as salads. Lines, while long, go fast. This place attracts both young and older crowd.

I wanted two burgers and a refreshing drink to wash it down with. The Blood Orange Ginger Lemonade was a refreshing companion. Give it a try this month!

I had no issues when I came here. Food came out fresh and hot and everything was great. Just be careful when getting soda because one of the dispensers has coke mixed with water.

Great burgers and great service, what more could you want?! Everytime I go the food comes out quick and it’s always delicious. Plenty of seating, indoors and out, though parking can be limited in peak hours.

Love the shake burger! I would say the food is 5/5, service is 5/5 as well.Waiting is not that bad compare to one in the Madison square park.A plenty of seats indoor and a few tables and seats outdoor as well. Overall, I'll definitely come back to this place and recommend this place to my family and friends.

Good food, good place in general. I would have expected more value for price. Chicken pops was salty and oily. Staff’s clothes needs to be cleaner
